KOZ Investment provides information and consultancy services to international clients interested in Turkish real estate and the Turkish citizenship by investment programme, including:

Real estate brokerage activities in Turkey are regulated by the Regulation on Real Estate Trade (Taşınmaz Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelik). Legal opinions are rendered only by lawyers admitted to the Turkish Bar (Türkiye Barolar Birliği). Content on the Website is general information, is not legal, tax or investment advice, and is provided without warranty.

Figures in foreign currency are for convenience; the definitive sale price is that agreed in writing at the time of the transaction. Listings do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Articles 8–9 of the Turkish Code of Obligations; they are an invitation to treat. Citizenship eligibility flags reflect the rules in force on the date indicated and remain subject to official confirmation by the competent Turkish authorities.

7. Engagement & Fees

Browsing the Website and submitting an enquiry are free of charge and do not create a mandate relationship. Any paid service — for example representation in a property acquisition or citizenship application — is provided only after a separate written engagement letter or service agreement setting out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and any applicable withdrawal rights under the Distance Contracts Regulation (where the client qualifies as a consumer under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer).

8. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content — including text, images, logos, marks, graphics, source code and layout — are owned by KOZ Investment or licensed to it and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Decree-Law No. 556 as restated in the Industrial Property Law No. 6769. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations), nor consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the İstanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction granted by Law No. 6502 to consumer courts in disputes involving consumers.
